Goomtee Black Dragon, an OOLONG comes from a prestigious tea estate of Darjeeling. Gomtee produces some of the best teas that we have tasted so far. This oolong is a stand alone tea from their house. Long semi fermented leaves when steeped for 3 minutes gives a roasted chocolate flavour which makes this tea a must try for tea lovers.

• DRY LEAVES: Long, Hard, Well Rolled Black leaves.
• LIQUOR: Golden Yellow with baked chocolate aroma.
• INFUSION: Dark Green with a hint of brown.

 

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Add one heaped tea spoon per cup to pot of freshly boiled water (at about 90 degree Celsius). Steep for 3 to 4 mins, strain to cup and sip tepid.

PLEASE NOTE THIS TEA CAN BE STEEPED SEVERAL TIMES FROM THE SAME LEAVES. IT IMPROVES WITH REBREWING.
