When steeped for 3 mins it gives a PALE GREENISH YELLOW LIQUOR which has a rich boiled vegetable aroma. This is a tea which can be enjoyed throught the day.

• DRY LEAVES: Pale green lives with delicate silver needles in between.
• LIQUOR: Pale greenish yellow liquor.
• INFUSION: Rich green with hint of brown in between.

 

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cool boiled water for two mins in tea pot. Add 1 flat tea spoonful per cup. Steep for 3mins, strain to cup and sip tepid.

PLEASE NOTE THIS TEA CAN BE STEEPED SEVERAL TIMES FROM THE SAME LEAVES.
